Our client is looking for an ideal candidate for the Web3 Frontend Developer who is not only passionate about the blockchain industry but also excited to contribute to our mission of providing easy access to cryptocurrencies in Africa and beyond. The candidate will be taking on the role of a Frontend Leaning Senior Full-Stack Engineer with Midlevel Web3 Experience, working closely with our CTO to develop high-quality code that is not only scalable and reliable but also maintainable in the long run. Beyond this, the person will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that the user experience is seamless from start to finish, making it a top priority. The Web3 Frontend Developer should be one who is willing to go above and beyond in their work, and who shares our enthusiasm for making a positive impact in the world of blockchain and crypto.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement frontend and backend systems using React, Node.js, and Ethereum-based technologies such as Solidity and Web3.js
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Research new digital technologies, design standards, tools and processes, best practices, and methodologies
• Build beautiful and usable interfaces in collaboration with leadership and design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements on existing features.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Typescript, and Ethereum-based technologies such as Solidity and Web3.js
• Mastery of CSS, preferably via a framework like TailwindCSS or Bulma
• Experience with version control and continuous integration, such as Git and Github Actions
• Strong understanding of frontend development principles and practices
• Strong understanding of the product development process, converting Figma designs into robust, modern frontends
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and ability to adapt to changing requirements
