Job Description

As the Technical Architect – Cyber Security, you’ll work with the engineering team to build and design the technical architecture of our software. You will also assist in designing new products that are built on top of this architecture. You will be responsible for writing functional specifications, building diagrams and creating mockups of all components related to these systems. You should have strong communication skills as well as an ability to learn quickly about emerging technologies.

Technical Architect – Cyber Security – Requirements

• Identifies IT assets and their security controls
• Creates security requirements by performing threat and risk analysis, creating an appropriate security model, and identifying and documenting the risks associated with each asset type.
• Implement security controls that protect sensitive and mission-critical data.
• Implement network controls, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, authentication mechanisms, and other network security controls.

Technical Architect – Cyber Security – Qualifications

• Data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in IT Security, Networking and/or Systems Administration with a strong background in security architecture and implementation.
