About the job

We are searching for a contract React Developer that will work with the CTO to develop internal tools and a user portal. The client recruits college students, prepares them for careers in areas of interest, and matches them with employers looking to increase the diversity of their hiring pipeline. They also support the students post-graduation with advantageous financial services.

As the React Developer, you will primarily work independently, reporting to the CTO. In the future, you may work on a team with additional software engineers.

Requirements:

● 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.

● Strong command of ReactJS.

● Experience building test suites & implementing CI/CD solutions.

● Knowledge of relational databases (Postgres).

● Ability to independently learn from the documentation.

● Familiarity with source control systems.

Nice to have:

● BS or MS in Computer Science

● Experience with NestJS & NodeJS

● Experience with Strapi (Open source Node.js Headless CMS)
