Position Open: Project Manager & Startup Specialist


Join our dynamic European startup, currently in its foundational stage, as we aim to revolutionize the IT recruitment scene in Germany. Our focus? Microsoft Cloud Services, such as M365 Administration and Migrations. If you’re an experienced hand at infrastructure building, system and process planning, and documentation, especially within the startup and recruitment realms, we’re looking for you.

Here are the Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Plan, define scope, and set objectives for projects.
  • Establish standardized project management processes, encompassing effective issue resolution, scope and risk management.
  • Secure and manage resources to ensure project completion.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, oversee progress, and regularly report status to stakeholders.
  • Prepare project budgets, track costs, and oversee financial processes.
  • Lead project change control processes.
  • Evaluate project performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders ensuring satisfaction.

Client & Partner Engagement:

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and various internal departments or external partners.


  • Craft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, devise strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
