Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Odoo Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers, as well as engaging directly with client stakeholders and domain experts. Your expertise will be essential in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Odoo solutions.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Leverage your practical experience and in-depth knowledge of Odoo to design, configure, and customize the platform to meet client-specific needs.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to implementation, testing, and post-launch support.

What skills are needed from you:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience working with Odoo in a commercial context.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of finance and managerial reporting, with the ability to incorporate financial insights into Odoo implementations.
• Experience in automating processes related to financial reporting preparation and collection.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, enhancing the utilization of financial data within Odoo solutions
