Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Information Technology Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, and implement software applications that align with project requirements and business objectives.
• System Analysis: Analyze user needs and technical specifications to develop robust and efficient software solutions.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in compliance with established coding standards.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of software to identify and resolve any defects or performance issues. Debug and troubleshoot problems that arise during the development process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure a smooth development process and successful project delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development. Continuously enhance your skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and facilitate efficient collaboration within the development team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and architecture diagrams, to support the development process and aid in system maintenance.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize software applications for performance, scalability, and reliability to deliver a seamless end-user experience.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc., as well as familiarity with web development frameworks.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge: Understanding of the entire software development process, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity: Capacity to think creatively and innovatively to develop novel solutions.
• Software Testing: Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to ensure software quality.
