We are seeking an experienced and skilled Back End Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for the Back End Developer role will have a demonstrated knowledge of data structures and various algorithms, along with a proven strong understanding of object-oriented software principles. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building scalable backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services that serve millions of users
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data management systems
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to build new features and improve existing ones
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Framework
• Proven understanding of object-oriented software principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of data structures and various algorithms
• Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining scalable backend systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing technologies and environments
